Hello. I have a big problem with the hp scanjet g3110. This scanner scan everything but doesn't scan negative. I downloaded the software and driver from the hp website, i follow the instruction, but everytime i try to scan negative the scanner doesn't begin. I have this problem only with negative. When i try to scan negative, after one minute appear written on the screen with different solution, but no solution proves right.
