Hi @lois1545 ,

I see that you are getting a error "hpmsn103.dll stopped working", when you try to print. I would really like to be able
to help you resolve this issue.

Download and run the Print and Scan Doctor. It will diagnose the issue and might automatically resolve it.

Find and fix common printer problems using HP diagnostic tools for Windows?

If the issue persists, uninstall and reinstall the printer software.

Uninstalling the Printer Software.

Run a clean boot, before installing the software again please.

How to perform a clean boot in Windows.

HP LaserJet Pro CM1415fnw Color Multifunction Printer Drivers.

Select your operating system, click next and click on the software to download and install.

Test the printer.

If the issue continues, install a Universal Print Driver. Drivers & software. Just select your operating system from the list.

Try printing again.

What operating system are you using? How to Find the Windows Edition and Version on Your Computer.

How is the printer connected? (USB/Ethernet/Wireless)

Let me know the outcome.

Have a nice day!
Thank You.
