My OfficeJet pro 8610 is so tricky and frivolous. First you cannot define my own page size - it is not my own, but a common envelope like italian 110 x230 mm. Be international, not American, please, this i stupid. Tried new drivers - still nothing.

After a longer period of non-working (three days, zum Beispiel) I cannot wake up my printer. It is lazy, lazy and lazy. Sometimes it behaves like a lazy office **bleep**.

Best regards!

@Pungartnik

Thanks for taking an interest in the HP Support Forums! After reading your post I see that you are getting printer offline issue and you are unable to print envelopes. I would like to help you out with this issue today.

However, I will need a few details to provide an accurate solution,

  • How is the printer connected to the computer,(USB or Wireless)?
  • Which operating system is installed on the computer?

Meanwhile:

  • Reset the printer.
  • Pull the printer power cable when it is turned on.
  • Press and hold the power button for 60secs.
  • Then connect the power cable to the printer and the wall outlet.
  • Turn on the printer.

Reply with the result of the above-mentioned steps, for further assistance.

Cheers.
