Did you reseat the connection on both ends. The carriage assembly is easy to tell if there is an issue but at the emod side it can be difficult and the cable needs to be fully seated before the holding clip is pushed in. If both sides are secure then I would think the trailing cable itself probably has an issue with the contacts on one side and the cable will need to be replaced.

yes, I reseat the connection on both ends , but still the same.

moreover, I had replaced the cable itself, and still giving the same error.

what is the electronic module might be causing this issue?

It is a toss up as to what part to replace next. I would think the carriage assembly since that parts moves a lot so has more of a chance of having an issue. That said it still could be the emod which is the item the cable attaches to on the left side. Also I have had issues when I have replaced the trailing cable of not getting good connections on the left side and most times when this happens just reseating the cable in the correct position solves the issue. The left side is the hardest area to get the cable in right and secured. Good Luck.
