hi i am new here on this board and website and i have a
HP 15-f039wm Notebook PC (ENERGY STAR) when i bought it and it came with windows 8.1 and i installed/upgraded to windows 10 i need free drivers update and also my headphones i got worked fine but reacentlt it stop working right thr music plays fine on it but the talking/words/speaking is now very low bearly can hear it with the headphones now but if i am not useing the headphones everything is fine and when i did upgrades on mSynaptics driver update soft or bulit in updater, but these faild to installed and i ned them and they are 1. Synaptics driver update for Synaptics PS/2 Port TouchPad 2. Realtek Semiconductor Corp. driver update for Realtek RTL8188EE 802.11 bgn Wi-Fi Adapter 3. Intel - Other hardware - Intel(R) Atom(TM)/Celeron(R)/Pentium(R) Processor Platform Control Unit - SMBus Port - 0F12 4. HP - Other hardware - HP Wireless Button Driver 5. Intel Corporation driver update for Intel(R) HD Graphics 6. Realtek Semiconductor Corp. - Audio Device, Other hardware - Realtek High Definition Audio 7. Realtek Semiconduct Corp. - Other hardware - Realtek PCIE CardReader so please help what do i do to fix it?

Hey there! @williamames1976, Welcome to HP forums
I understand that audio issues when headphones are connected with your laptop.
Don't worry I will try to help you out.
Did you make any software or hardware changes on your laptop?
Have you tried checking with a different headphone?
Is the cable securely connected to the headphone port on the laptop?
Please uninstall the audio driver, Synaptics touchpad driver, Wireless drivers and chipset from device manager and install the latest drivers from the links below.
Link to update audio driver.
Link to update chipset driver.
Link to update Synaptics touchpad driver.
Link to update the wireless driver.
Note: Before uninstalling the wireless driver download all the drivers or connect ethernet connection to PC and uninstall the drivers.
Also, please update the BIOS using this link.
