Hi @Ajay19781 ,

1. Try with the next compatible driver:

 

2. After install connect the USB cable to printer and Turn on, and check if Windows 7 is showing New printer connected.

 

3. Also try to add the printer from Control Panel > Printers > Add Printer with alternate driver Deskjet 3600.
