Product: HP LaserJet Pro M12w
Operating System: iOS

I just bought an HP LaserJet Pro M12w. I setup the printer on my laptop. The printer is connected to my wireless network (the blue light is on). I can print wirelessly from my laptop but when I try to print from my iPad, it just cannot find the printer. What should I do?

Hi,

How do you try printing to your printer?

 

Be aware that the HP Laserjet M12w printer doesn't support Apple AirPrint, meaning it will not appear as a printer from Apple's print dialog:

You may print to your printer through the network using the HP ePrint app:
