Inserting image didn't work for me. Another forum member came up with fix from a different forum: lots of us run Windows display at 125 % so we don't have to use magnifying glasses on computer. HP -- sometimes, not all of the time -- reads images at 125%. That's exactly how much was cut off on right & bottom of pix. Go into Windows Display, change it to 100%, reboot [necessary step], and voilá, image prints great. When done, I move Display back to 125%. HP should change software to accomodate this hassle.
