Product: c4472 photosmart

Even tho I am using the correct cartridges , the printer says 'incompatible cartridges' I've tried cleaning the contacts with distilled water. No Joy.

Theres still ink in the cartridges and one of them is XL so I don't want to buy more. Can ANYONE help please?
