Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

all i want to do is to get my printer working.   after replacing a new toner cartridge printed some pages.  page jammed and i cleared it now is only shows initializing on printer and does nothing.  i have followed your instructions to reboot the machine, disconnect cables etc. and still nothing. WHAT CAN I DO TO MAKE IT WORK!!!!!!!

This sounds like a issue with the formatter board, it's a common issue on these models, you will have to take it in for repairs
