ink coming off paper

The Customer is printing on very Smooth pre printed paper from tray one the letters don't stick on the paper. every other paper she used comes out great. I installed a new OEM Fuser from HP. I been out to many times. can someone help me with this problem.

The problem may be the media is not suited for laserjet printers. Some media will only work on ink jet printers. The only other thing you can do is go into the print quality menu and then fuser modes and change the setting for whatever type of paper being used as long as the printer tray setting is for that type and the job calls for using paper of that type.
