I order this printer online through Hp and I just received this week. I'm a syst. admin and I've install many printers and ink cartridges but I have not come across this error before. I purchase 7500 e910 and the is 0xc19a0022 ink system failure. I need to know what do with this error. Thank you.

Sorry that you are having a problem with the ink system failure on your 7500 printer.
This usually occurs when the cartridges are damaged, or need cleaning. Sometime the print head gets clogged up or is bad.
Try to take the print head out and clean contacts with lint free cloth and water.

If you have manually cleaned the print heads and followed the steps in the link, you may need another print head.
You can contact HP Support (1800-474-6836).
