Hi, I have a Photosmart C6280 all-in-one, running on Windows 7 64-bit, and am seeing the following error code: "ink System Failure 0xc19a0027" after a major power outage...so, of course my printer turned off incorrectly. I've now gone through all the steps that were suggested on the HP troubleshooting site -- turn off printer, undo cord from back, undo power cord from outlet, wait 60 seconds. Also took out all my ink cartridges and then powered off and put them back and turned it back on. Still get the error code. It is making a noise I haven't heard before, different from the mechanical/diagnostics it does periodically. Ideas? It's out of warranty of course, and I have a feeling phone call support will only tell me I need to have it repaired.
