Product: Envy 5540
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Bought ink from HP instead of Staples for the first time a few weeks ago.

NEVER again. One large print job and the color ink is empty.

 

These Envy printers are the worst.

I will never buy one again.

Are you printing photos?  If so you might consider the Instant Ink program.  This is a subscription based program that charges based on pages printed.  "Pages" may be simple text or full page color photo's.  The averave savings are 50% over buying cartridges, but if you are printing lots of photos or color graphics the savings would be higher.
