Product: HP3630

I'm trying to install a new cartridge, it's the exact HP cartridge for my printer & it just isn't picking it up.  I think the cartridge is faulted - can I return this to HP?  I don't have the orginal receipt & I've put the packaging in the bin.

The troubleshooting steps in the document here may help resolve the cartridge error for your Deskjet 3630 printer.  If the steps there do not resolve the issue then there is a warranty on HP cartridges, see the document here for information.
