After installing for original black ink the printer doesn't recingnaise ?? te ink.

He says it isn't original

I use a 302 XL black ink.

Can you provide some info on where you bought the cartridge and what the packaging was like?

 

I'd recommend checking if the cartridge you bought is actually original first.

If you think it's definetely original I'll try help you troubleshoot.

I bought teh package by Primavera in the local area and its an original cartridge

This message can sometimes appear after you have printed for some time if the cartridge has depleted. If that was the case i'd recommend following the troubleshooting steps in the below document.

You can try some of these steps but, as you have got the counterfeit message right out of the box, I'd suggest returning it to the point of purchase.

I found website guide that help to identify HP genuine ink supplies. It may help you to identify if this is genuine ink as follow http://www8.hp.com/us/en/cartridge/anti-counterfeit.html

 

May I request you to post a picture offline on how the cartridge along with the packaging as available?  Thanks and please ignore if you have resolve the issue successfully.
