Product: Example: Print shop 23
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hello can anyone out there help me out with some direction on installing print shop 23 on my windows 10 hp laptop?

Thanks any advice and instrucution greatly appreciated!

Welcome to HP Support Forum. I think it is NOT compatible with Windows 10, you need higher version

because the product requies Net Framework 1.1, which is not supported on Microsoft’s new operating system Windows 10.  Microsoft has currently not provided any updates to support .Net Framework 1.1 on Windows 10 operating system.
