Hi Ladysullivan007,

Is your printer also the L7780?  If not, can you give me the full name of the printer including the Product # and Model#?

What is the operating system for your computer?

Also, remember a click on the Kudos star to the left is a quick "Thanks" for a helpful post.

Please select the "Accept as Solution" button on the post that best answers your question.

I appreciate your input ! ___________________________________ _____

Soaking the heads in hot water (out of warranty desperation measure) worked for me. Just filled a shallow dish with less than 1 inch of very hot tap water and let sit for 10 minutes. Swirled the heads around some to ensure any globs were dislodged before I pulled them out. Dabbed onto paper towel to remove moisture and reinstalled.

Printer automatically went into head cleaning cycle when I turned it back on, low ink warning appeared (weird, new ink cartridges) and then went into 'ready' status. I printed a few [ages that were blank. I ran into this before so I turned off the printer via the console button and let sit overnight. Next morning fired it up and everything printed normally.
