I have a HP P3015 and it defaults to Tray 1, and asking for Glossy paper. There is no paper in Tray 1, and it is shut.  For each print job, I have to press OK to change print trays, and OK again to print.  How can I clear these settings so that the printer will print from Tray 2

The product you have seems to be a commercial printer. For the best chance at finding a solution I would suggest posting in the forum for HP Business Support!

You may find the Commercial Laserjet board here.

Hope this helps!

Setting the print tray to plain did work. Also changed tray one to evalope and that did work. Anything else i could try?

Are you trying to say it works or does not work.  I would think it does not work, since your issue is the job is asking for that type of paper. Check your driver settings for what type of paper the job is asking for. One other thing you can do if the printer allows is to change the paper type in the tray to any not plain.
