Hello, @bobbylee1 – Hope you are well 🙂

Thanks for joining the HP Forum! This is a wonderful location to converse with the community, get assistance and find tips.

I understand that you are having issues while connecting your LaserJet P1505n printer to the network. As per this printer specifications, this printer only supports the “Wired network” (Using the Ethernet cable) and not the wireless connectivity. Check http://hp.care/2kT2mmF

Remove the USB cable from the printer and the computer, then connect the Ethernet cable to the printer port  ( ), and then connect the other end of the cable to an available port on the network router, switch, or hub. Once done, follow the steps below to get your printer working over the network:

  • Open or search for the HP folder in your list of installed software programs, click the folder for your printer, and then click the name of your printer. The printer software opens.
  • Click Printer Setup & Software Selection.
  • Click Connect a new printer, and then follow the on-screen instructions to set up the printer on your wired network.

Alternatively, check http://hp.care/2kTcfB4 for detailed instructions and steps.

Please let me know if this resolves the issue, or if you require further assistance.

Good luck 🙂
