laserjet 1320 must be press go button to print

Hello,

My printer is  Laser Jet 1320 

os: Windows 7 and xp

when send a print file in word 2010(and other office version) printing perfect

but

in some software when send a print i must pressing go button(green button) to print that file( in windows 7 show "T1 load custom" warning)

i update driver but not work.

The  "T1 load custom" prompt indicates that "some software" has generated a print job which is requesting a custom paper size (or paper type?).

Unless you have configured the printer to indicate that one or more of the paper tray(s) supports custom size(s), then the printer cannot satisfy the request, and hence issues the prompt to ask for operator intervention.
