I changed the laser and the DC controller as well, no luck, I still have the error and not able to print at all.

 

Can you help?

hi, I think i have receive the wrong or a bad LSU, i have put back the old LSU with the new DC controller and now it's printing. So the problem was the DC Controller.

its actually a Beam detect error.

 

Try reseating the connectors between the laser/scanner and dc controller PCA and check.
