HP laserjet 5200dtn
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I have a laserjet 5200 dtn printer.  I started giving me a "50.6 fuser error" and will no longer print.  I tried turning it off and then back on again but get the same error.  The power going into the machine is good, 20 amp outlet 120.92 V RMS reading. I had read that this error means the fuser is not working so I bought a new fuser assembly and installed it.  Unfortunately when I turned the printer back on I got the same exact error.

This is telling me 2 things:

1) New fuser board is also bad (but I think really unlikely)

2)  Perhaps the old fuser board was not the issue in the first place and the real problem was something else such as maybe there is not power getting to the fuser assembly

This brings me to my question:  I have no schematic of the machine.  I have the entire manual but it does not seem to go into detail.  The fuser has a connection that has 10 plug in pins on both the top and the bottom.  Where do I check for the voltage and what should it be?  I am thinking maybe the power supply to the fuser is not giving it sufficient power?
