Dear,

 

I'm trying to connect my Laserjet P1606dn to my wifi network.

 

I have connected the printer to my router and when I print the paper to get the IP-adress I recieve an IP adress. The next step in connecting the printer to the wifi network doesn't work. According to the manual I have to enter the IP-adress in a webbrowser but it doesn't work.

 

Also all the new drivers and HP ePrint are installed on my computer.

 

Does anyone has an idea how I can connect my printer to the wifi network?

Just to let you know the Laserjet P1606dn is not a wireless printer.  It is USB or Ethernet only.   Are you sure about the model number?

I'm sure about the model. The printer is connencted with an internet kabel to the router of the internetprovider.
When I print the paper with all the information on, there is an IP address mentioned.

Oh, then you are not connecting wireless.   You are connecting your printer via LAN cable to your router.
