P2055dn

have a laserjet P2055dn Product No. CE4549A, error message saying "paper jam in tray 2"

there is no paper jam and when you press clear it prints the page! does this everytime,any ideas?...

PS Tray 1 works

The feed roller for tray 2 probably needs to be cleaned or replaced.

 

You can reference this post for some insight

You can clean the roller with a little warm soapy water, or usually just a dry towell to knock off the paper dust build up, also the roller is probably worn smooth.
