Product: m1522nf

A few days ago my m1522nf started making a very loud noise when there is an incoming fax, similar to a dial up connection or the sound the radio makes when there is a weather alert. It will then say the fax is received but wont print anything. If I shut the machine off and turn it back on it will then print my fax. It has worked fine up until now and I have no idea what changed or how to fix it. Please help!
