Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M47
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

ADF copy/scan resutls in crooked pages.    This has been the case since I first installed the printer.   Have gotten a new replacement from retailer and have the same problem.    The issue happens when using the HP Scan as well as Windows Scan software.   I have used HP paper at all times.  

 

I am running Windows 10 Pro (64) with HP drivers 16.0.16124.671 dated 9/6/2016 and firmware datecode of 20160921.

The serial number of the unit is VNB8K153MR.

 

Printing from PC works fine with no issues.

 

It is set up to scan  8.5 X 11 inches.  

 

One other Forum user had the same problem only to be solved with receiving a new ADF unit and having HP install it.
