Hi Iona-24

 

I understand you are getting a memory card error.

 

Leave the memory card inserted in the printer.

Power recycle the printer.

With the printer still turned on disconnect the power cable from the back of the printer, then disconnect the power cable from wall outlet. Wait 10 seconds and reconnect the power cable back to the wall first, then the back of the printer and power it on again.

 

Please provide the following information so I can assist you better.

Have you formatted the card and tried it?

Have you tried another card?

If not please try another one and let me know what happens.
