In general, most "recent" printer software can scan multiple pages into one file.

The Full Feature Software, once installed and functional, can (in most cases) do this.

If your printer is "new enough", the following nice program can easily accomodate multi-page documents.  In addition, the software provides an "auto-detect" function that is useful when you want to scan a bunch of photos on the glass and have these saved as separate files.  (I realize that is not your question; the feature is very cool.  Smiling)

There are other scan programs, too, some of which can be used with your Windows 7 Operating System.
