Product: Hp Laser jet 3005dn
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

 

Since I have upgraded and dowloaded  patches ,  my Laserjet 3005dn has stopped working in the sense of printing.

 

I have done manual prints by printing test from printer, but I cant seem to do that from printing from word or excel?

 

Any sugeestins?

Hi

Did you dowload and upgrade lastest drivers and firmware on HP site and now your printer still no work (https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-laserjet-p3005-printer-series/1846088/model/1846...) ?
