Welcome to the HP Community Forum.
We specialize in HP tech here -- nonetheless, the Windows print queue system works about the same.
Try / Consider:
Restart print services and clear the print folder
- Control Panel > icon view > Administrative Tools > Services > Stop Print Spooler Service
- Remove files from C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS
- Start Print Spooler Service
