@kajeet, Welcome to the HP Community,

 

It seems to me like you are facing a "Carriage Jam", in your Deskjet Ink Advantage 3545 printer. Please try the suggested troubleshooting guide below to hopefully resolve the jam for you!

If the troubleshooting does not help at all, I would lastly suggest contacting HP's technical support to review your printer options with you.
