My printer is HP Deskjet 2620 and it has decided today not to print.

i have run the HP print and scan doctor which says it is all fine, and when i do a test page it still wont print with the message saying printer is in error state.  i have followed instructions unplugged, replugged and still same message, the virtual agent is not helpful, so can anyone here help please

Hi @Grace74 ,

First try with the printer status report following the steps from the next video:

Then perform a power reset of the printer, disconnect the power plug for at least 2 minutes.

 

Connect the power cord to the back of the printer and into an electrical outlet.

 

Connecting the power cable

 

Press the Power button to turn on the printer.

 

* Click on YES button  to say thanks, 

* Click on the button Accepted Solution if the question is answered.
