HP Recommended

I just attempted that and I received an error message from windows saying that app doesn't work with windows 10. I also deleted the device and attempted to reinstall  the printer and received the same message (driver unavailable) which I would expect as it couldn't fully install the new app. When the app was installing it got held up on not seeing the device and asks me to connect the usb cable which was already connected but i unplugged and replugged it in and made no difference.  I have tried two cables and I hear it ding when I connect so I assume it's not the cable.
