Hello, @piuchin – Hope you are well 🙂
Welcome to the HP Forum! This is a wonderful location to converse with the community, get assistance and find tips!
I understand that you are facing issues while printing in portrait mode from Autocount Accounting. To fix this issue, you need to make sure that your printing preferences under the actual printer and the program you are using are set to portrait. Follow the steps below:
- Go to Control panel – Devices and printers.
- Right-click on Deskjet and select “Printing preferences”.
- Under the Paper/Quality tab, make sure the portrait mode is selected. Save the settings.
- Now, open your program and also make sure to select the correct mode.
That should work, but if you are facing issues, then try a complete reinstall of the printer drivers as suggested below:
- Unplug the USB cable from the printer and computer if present.
- Go to Control panel – Programs and feature – Select all the HP Deskjet printer entries and uninstall them.
- Restart your computer.
- Now click on http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/COL61004/mp-147040-2/DJ3830_Basicx64_61.exe to download and install the printer drivers.
- Connect the USB cable if prompted and follow the onscreen instructions to complete the installation.
Those steps should do the trick, let me know the outcome!
Good luck 🙂
