Product: deskjet 3051a
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After changing internet provider, no data is received at the printer.  The printer receives a signal and feeds a blank page through.

A desktop and a laptop are connected in a network, I finally was able to print a page from the laptop, but nothing from the desktop. 

Wireless printer, Spectrum internet, Windows 10 OS.

Running the diagnostics at http://www.hp.com/go/tools may help resolve the issue.  Download and run the HP Print and Scan Doctor.

Thanks for trying, I have already tried that.  I did try again, but no luck.  Finally got another page to print, but not sure the problem is fixed.
