No matter what program I use (Word 2013, Adobe Reader, Adobe Acrobat 10, Paint), I can't find an option to print Super B (13x19). I am able to create a 13x19 document in a coule of programs, but then, my printer wants to break it up into 4 pages. The drop down menu doesn't have anything larger than 11x17 listed and I haven't found any way to create a custom size.

Are you using a driver that come on a CD with the printer or was downloaded from HP? I would suggest downloading the driver available from HP here, that is the one I tested with on my Windows 8.1 x64 system. Windows 8.1 may also have a driver available automatically if you simply connected a USB cable with out first loading the driver. The automatic driver may not have all the features the printer is capable of handling.
You can give the new form any name you want, but the paper size cannot be more than 13 x 19 or the form will not show up in the driver.

The larger paper size can be enabled as follows: go to the Devices and Printers folder and left-click on the Officejet 7610. Next click on the Print Server Properties selection at the top. This will bring up a new window. From the Print Server Properties window click on the Forms tab, then click Create a new form. Type in a name such as Super B 13x19 in the Form Name box, select the proper size in the paper size area, Save Form, Close. Next double click on the Officejet 7610, Set Preferences, Paper/Quality, Paper Size and select Super B 13x19 that you created in the previous step, Apply, OK.

I was able to do everything except that when I tried to create a new form, it aleady had super b in that list. So, I went to the next step and closed it. When I double click on the OJ 7610, and click on advanced, it takes me to the window that allows me to select paper size. But Super B isn't in the list of paper sizes. My OS os 8.1. Is that differnet than istructions for 8?
I tried checking to be sure I have the most resent driver for the printer, but I just get a blank page on the HP driver page for my printer. Since my computer is only a few months old, I would think the driver would be up to date anyway.
What should I try next?
Thanks for your help.

Hi,
the paper size should be listed as B Super - Small Margin and should be located near the end of the paper sizes list as shown below:
If you do not see such paper size listed, uninstall the software and reinstall the latest version from the following direct link:
http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software12/COL47659/mp-115382-3/OJ7610_971-2.exe
Hope that helps,
Shlomi
