Officejet 5740
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Installed with cd, conected regurarly with wifi,  able to print from computer only test results (quality and printer informations), ping with answer proprly. Trying to print with various programs (office, adobe, note pads and others) the page goes into print queue and after a few seconds it disappears. New printer that I just installed. Pops up an error Indrv.ini file not found. I have no idea if it is connected to the problem.

Help please.

Totally remove the printer and it's software from your computer.

 

Now go here... and download and reinstall the Full Featured Software and Drivers.

Thanks for help but not resolved. Tha same problem appare. File in quewe and few seconds later disapere.... printer no start to print.....
