Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

my printer will no longer print instead it gives 2 messages. 1st = incompatable ink cartridges, ( but we have not changed the cartridges ? ).

2nd = printer is not in the "instant ink programme", but again we cancelled this due to lack of use by us, and we received an email confirming the cancellation. so now what = option 1 bin it / option 2 someway of bypassing these messages, as we have ferry tickets to print out .

help please.

Did you replace the instant ink cartridges after you cancelled?
