Please, realize the steps below for try repair this error:

1. Uninstall your printer ;
2. Run the Ccleaner for clean register - https://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/download
3. Update your software : Windows Update, Windows Installer, Framework.
4. Check if the error showing on device manager (windows) and update with right mouse button ;

Ren the steps for clean the register:
1. Press button "windows + r"  and click "run"
2. Type it %temp% and click "OK"
3. Delete all files

Restart your server and try again a new install ok.
