I'm comming from an Officejet 100 with direct bluetooth printing. I'd frankly be happy if this pritner just did bluetooth printing from my laptop it would serve my needs perfectly. It claims to have bluetooth support, but i can not figure out how to get it to print over bluetooth.
I am struggling with printing document from my laptop with using both wifidirect and printing over my office wlan. I can get the printer to do one or another, but not get it to transition and do both. IE i'm on the road, i want to print over wifi-direct, i get back to my home office and i want to print over the the wlan. If i set it up on my wlan i can't get the windows drivers to print to the printer when i'm on wifi direct, it just keeps giving errors from the print spooler that the printer is offline. If i set it up on wifi direct, when i get to my home office, it won't print over the wlan, the print spooler gives errors yet again.
Help please. I"m getting ready to send this thing back to amazon.

Hi,
The HP Officejet 250 provide WiFi capabilities.
It does not offer Bluetooth connection, but Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) which is a connection method to allow mobile devices to automaticlly switch to the same WiFi network or the WiFi Direct network of the printer:
The Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) feature allows the HP ePrint app to detect a nearby HP OfficeJet 250, 252, or 258 printer and connect to it via a Wi-Fi network or Wi-Fi Direct.
Although Bluetooth pairing is possible between your Android device and the printer, BLE and traditional Bluetooth pairing are two different features. BLE helps the HP ePrint app locate and connect your printer. Pairing your Android device with the printer’s BLE signal does not enable Bluetooth printing.

Shlomi
