Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I have shared printer in domain network.it becomes offline in others PCs in the domain .  I have to restart the PC which connected with a printer - by usb- to work again.

Hello, 

 

Please try the below steps...

 

 

  1. Click on Printers and Devices.
  2. Right click on the printer you're having the problem with.
  3. about half way down from pop up window, click on Printer Properties.
  4. click on the Ports tab.
  5. highlight the port for the printer you're working with.
  6. click on Configure Ports.
  7. uncheck the SNMP Status Enabled box.
  8. click ok.

Thank you , but it doesn't work.

The port of printer is usb so the configuration for the port is not supported .

any other solution ??
