I tried to find the cork and finger as addressed in a previous post.  This machine must have different stuff, since its a few years newer.  Anyway, I can print directly from the computer or scan and print, but no copying.  It has the Original loaded message on the  printer message bar.  Thanks for any help you can give.

Greetings @sparky72,

Welcome to HP Forums and Thanks for the post.

I understand that you are unable to make a copy on the printer and you get a message saying "original loaded".

Not to worry, I will be glad to help.

Are you trying to make a copy by placing the document on the ADF or the scanner bed?

When you place any document on the ADF (document feeder) you would get a prompt on the printer saying Original document loaded or Document loaded.

Once you get a message on the printer screen, click on ok.

Then click on Copy on the printer screen and follow the on-screen instructions to select the number of copies and so on.

You can refer to page number 43 in the printer manual for assistance. Click here

Also, refer page numbers 93 to 97 for assistance in troubleshooting copy issues.

Let me know how it goes.
