Product: p2015d
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
When I upgraded to Windows 10, I seem to have lost my ability to print on both sides of the paper (double side printing). Any ideas on how to get it back? I am using the Universal driver that is recommended by HP. Can't find a dedicated driver at all.
Thanks much in advance.
Fred

Ensure that the driver knows that a duplex unit is present on the printer (assuming that one is):
- For the printer instance in question, bring up the Printer properties dialogue.
- Select the Device settings tab.
- Ensure that the duplex unit is set to Installed rather than Not installed.
You'll probably need to be logged in with administrator credentials in order to change the device settings.
