Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

i tried to change the password on contral panel when it 1/8  .i put new password and came out and again i gone to control panel ,they are asking password .  I put password as i changed before but that is not acepting . what is the solution to cancel that password and reset fully
