Hello mreeger,
If you are having issues with ePrint message staying in 'pending' status for an extended period of time you might try the follow steps to resolve your issue:
1. While the printer is still on, unplug the power cord from the printer, leave it unplugged for 30 seconds, then reconnect the power cord to the printer. Once plugged back in the printer should power on automatically.
2. If step 1 does not work then try this: First, unplug the printers power cord while it is still on. Leave it unplugged and walk to the router. While the router is still on, unplug the power cord from the router, leave it unplugged for 30 seconds, then reconnect the power cord to the router. Once plugged back in the router should power on automatically. Now go back to the printer and plug its power cord back in. Once plugged back in the printer should power on automatically.
Most likely the issue is due to a minor connection issue and your printer and/or router needs to be reset to re-establish a solid connection.
Hope this helps.
Although I work for HP, my posts and replies are my own opinion and not those of HP.

What printer do you have? Your print jobs should not stay in pending status for an extended amount of time. I would try canceling print jobs that are currently pending and then power cycle router and printer as you have done above. Then I would try resending print job to printer.
Let me know how it goes.

Are you talking about on the forums after each post? If so adding a tag just gives it a easy way for others to search for a solution.
For example if you have an issue with ePrint and its been resolved by the community then you can add a tag to it so its easier to find for other users.

I have an HP Office Jet 6500A Plus...to be honest its always giving me problems. I did cancel the print jobs and tried to resend and shut everything down again but the new jobs also said pending...I signed in again this morning and the pending jobs now say failed...but I sent a new one and it seems to be working now. Seems like and issue with HP to me?
