I would like to scan several old pictures at one time, but am not seeing how to change to that option in the advanced settings for scanning pictures.  I am only seeing a full page scan.  Can anyone help with this?  Is there an app that would work with HP all-in-ones for this feature?

The photosmart 6520 does not have an auto crop check or uncheck option.  So this was not successful.  Thank you for trying.  I replaced this printer about a year ago and the photosmart I had before that did have this feature.  Very sad to think I have to invest in another scanner with this option.  Thank you for the information though.

Capture.PNG Plus when I do scan a picture, it still scans the entire page, not just the picture.  I have to move the margins to the picture every time I scan.

HI,

Thanks for the feedback.

Try this:

HP Scan Extended

ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/scanners/HPScanExt/HPScanExt.msi

Once it's downloaded and installed, go to Start > All Programs > HP > HP Scan Extended > Run "HP Scan Extended"

This will be the relevant video to scan multiple photos ;
