Product: designjet 1050c
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Our HP designjet 1050c is not starting anymore, the red led is burning.

but if i push the on button nothing is happening anymore

the red led is burning continually

Unplug the power cord and turn off the switch in the back. Now plug the power back in and turn the switch back on in the back. Is the red light still on or off. If off press the power button and see if anything happens. If red light is still on after back switch is turned on, then unplug and remove the jet direct network card if you have one and then try again.

unfortunately, nothing is happening i'll took the left cover off en disassemble the display unit, that looks fine with me,

 

i don't know but it looks like it has no power but the red light is still on all the time.
