Hello, 

 

when I turn on printer printhead begin moving and on the screen comes error ``possible printhead problem``  after pressing reset comes

can someone help me, what can i do?

open the printhead cover & check all printheads, make they all seated properly.

 

if printer can boot up ok , in ready mode.

 

Perform a printhead alignment first...... if it said printhead bad , then go to replace printhead.... take out the printhead & clean it, shake it & see if any ink.... if dry & you should replace with new printhead..

 

after replace printhead & do printhead alignment again & make sure it pass.
