Hi! @Consuelo92, Thanks for stopping by HP forums!
I understand that you have not received the prime cartridges for your printer.
Don't worry I'd like to help.
Could you please explain the issue a bit brief to assist you better.
What do you mean by prime?
Have you purchased a new printer and are you looking for the setup cartridges?
I checked the records found an article, please go through the article.
HP's Snapfish service has a deal that's impossible to beat: 50 free 4x6-inch prints and free shipping when you use coupon code HPINK50 at checkout. (Note that the link takes you to the main Snapfish site; there's no special landing page for this offer.)
The only catch? You must order at least 50 prints; the code won't work with any fewer. Also, if you already have a credit in your Snapfish account from some other promotion, the code won't work.
Update: I've had reports from readers that Snapfish has ended this code early, probably because it was supposed to be available only to those who purchased HP ink cartridges.
Given that Snapfish charges just 9 cents per 4x6, plus around $3.50 to ship 50 prints, the code saves you roughly $8. Hardly a fortune, but enough to buy, say, a spare 4GB SD card for your digital camera so you can snap that many more holiday pictures.
By the way, if you typically take photos on your iPhone, grab the Snapfish app to upload them directly to your account. You can't order prints from the app, but if you're new to Snapfish, you can use it to create an account.
The coupon code is good until the end of February 2011, so you can wait until the holidays are wrapped up before you place your freebie order.
However, you can use this new code 50FEB17 Save 50% off all orders.
Hope to hear from you soon!
Have a beautiful day ahead! 🙂
